The CAM toolkit provides the CAMV validation engine and NIEM IEPD development tools that assist developers in creating XML application solutions in support of OASIS EDXL applications. It implements the OASIS CAM standard specification for XML content assembly and validation. The CAM toolkit allows developers to quickly create sample EDXL message XML instances and populate those with realistic test data. A sample dictionary is provided that is compatible with Microsoft Excel and contains the components used in EDXL-HAVE messages.
